 I am passionate about the study of Management, which led me to specialize to the highest level, obtaining my degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Human Resources and a Doctorate in Management Sciences.

I am also certified as an Ontological Coach both on a personal and business level.

Not only do I know the managerial field at a theoretical level but I also held managerial positions for more than thirty years in national companies (in my country of origin Venezuela) such as PDVSA-Intevep, where I was more than fifteen (15) as Manager of Organizational Development and Managerial.

In transnational companies, I worked in the Warner Lambert Consortium (Chiclets Adams, Labs Sustantia, Park Davis, Schick blades) as Manager of Organizational and Managerial Development for all of Latin America for more than 7 years.

My greatest added value to these companies consisted in collaborating in the consolidation of their Organizational Cultures, by clearly defining their Visions, Missions and a set of Values, statements that served as the basis for the achievement of the strategic business objectives that were established. they set out to achieve.

Likewise, I contributed to the improvement of the performance of the leaders of these organizations by teaching and practicing the most critical and important competencies at the managerial and leadership level, not only in Venezuela but in all Latin American countries (Warner Lambert case ).

Subsequently, I joined the company Cedin Consultores for more than 10 years as a Senior Consultant which allowed me to advise on organizational matters and in managerial training to Important National companies such as: Banco Mercantil, Banesco Banco, Cervecería Regional, Laser AirLines, Unicasa, Cines Unidos, Charvenca, CANTV, Movistar, Movilnet, Lipesa, Venevisión, Monaca, El Universal, Avicola Mayupan among others.

Currently, I work as a Management Consultant and Coach for executive levels, from the City of Miami, from where I provide my services for companies based here, such as: Total-Cranes, Begain, LLC, C & P International, and other based in Venezuela, Colombia and Guatemala, such as: Kenbran Colombia, Kenbran Venezuela and Sumilan (Colombia), Sumilan (Ecuador) and El Grupo Almo (Guatemala)
